1. Terms Of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Network Digital Group Pty Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging in our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer the following services to our Clients:
1.1 Web Design & Development
1.1.1 Landing Pages
Ownership Option: Clients may elect to pay an upfront fee to own the landing page created by the Company. After ownership is established, a recurring monthly fee will be charged for hosting services. Hosting fees continue until the service is canceled by the Client.
Leasing Option: Clients may lease a landing page from the Company with no upfront payment required. In this case, the Client will be charged an increased weekly management fee, which includes both Google Ads management and the landing page lease. This fee covers the cost of hosting as well.
1.1.2 Full Website Development: Clients may pay an upfront fee to own a full website developed by the Company. Upon completion, a recurring monthly hosting fee will be charged until the service is canceled by the Client.
1.2 Google Ads Management
The Company provides weekly setup, management, and optimization of the Client’s Google Ads account. The Client will pay a weekly management fee to the Company, but the advertising budget within the Google Ads account will be paid directly by the Client to Google.
Account Ownership: The Google Ads account is owned by the Client and will be created in the Client’s name. The Company retains only management access. Upon termination of services, the Client may remove the Company’s access. All work completed within the Google Ads account remains the Client’s property.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate services at any time, effective immediately, at its sole discretion.
1.3 Meta Ads Management
The Company provides monthly setup, management, and optimization of the Client’s Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) account. The Client will pay a monthly management fee to the Company, while the advertising budget within the Meta Ads account will be paid directly by the Client to Meta.
Account Ownership: The Meta Ads account is owned by the Client and will be created in the Client’s name. The Company retains only management access. Upon termination of services, the Client may remove the Company’s access. All work completed within the Meta Ads account remains the Client’s property.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate services at any time, effective immediately, at its sole discretion.
1.4 SEO Management
The Company provides monthly optimization of the Client’s website search engine optimization (SEO). The Client must provide the Company access to the website backend and hosting when necessary to carry out SEO services.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate services at any time, effective immediately, at its sole discretion. The Client retains ownership of all SEO work completed, and may remove the Company’s access upon termination.
2. Payment Policy
Payments for services rendered by the Company are processed as follows:
2.1 Web Design & Development
Landing Pages:

Full Websites: The Client will pay an upfront fee for website development, followed by a recurring monthly hosting fee. Hosting payments will continue until the Client cancels the service.
2.2 Google Ads Management
The Client will pay the Company a weekly management fee for Google Ads services. The ad budget is paid directly to Google by the Client. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe, and receipts will be issued after each transaction. The Client may terminate services at any time, and payments will stop immediately upon cancellation.
2.3 Meta Ads Management
The Client will pay the Company a monthly management fee for Meta Ads services. The ad budget is paid directly to Meta by the Client. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe, and receipts will be issued after each transaction. The Client may terminate services at any time, and payments will stop immediately upon cancellation.
2.4 SEO Management
The Client will pay the Company a monthly management fee for SEO services. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe, and receipts will be issued after each transaction. The Client may terminate services at any time, and payments will stop immediately upon cancellation.
2.5 Failed Payments
In the event of a failed payment, the Company reserves the right to pause services until payment is received.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Upfront Payments
Upfront payments for web design and development services, including landing pages and full websites, are non-refundable once work has commenced.
3.2 Management Services
Management fees for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO services are non-refundable for work already completed.
3.3 Termination and Final Payment
Upon termination of services, the Client will not be charged any further fees. Any outstanding invoices for completed work remain payable.
4. Termination of Services
The Client may terminate services at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Upon termination, all payments and services will cease immediately. The Company reserves the right to terminate services at any time, effective immediately, at its sole discretion.
5. Client Account Ownership
5.1 Google Ads Accounts
The Client retains ownership of their Google Ads account, and any work performed within the account remains the Client’s property. The Company will only maintain management access.
5.2 Meta Ads Accounts
The Client retains ownership of their Meta Ads account, and any work performed within the account remains the Client’s property. The Company will only maintain management access.
5.3 SEO Work
Any SEO work performed on the Client’s website remains the Client’s property. The Client may remove the Company’s access upon termination of services.
6. Privacy Policy
Network Digital Group Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in relation to our digital marketing services.
Information Collection: We collect information such as your name, contact details, and billing information to provide our services. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe ensures your financial information is encrypted and protected during transactions.
Information Usage: We use the collected information to manage your account, process payments, and communicate updates regarding our services.
Data Security: We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Our website and payment processing system use SSL encryption.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except for trusted third parties such as Stripe, who assist us in operating our business.
7. Changes To Terms Of Service
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Company’s services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By continuing to use our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of our services.
